1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and pk2wln ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the pk2wln website located at pk2wln.net and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the pk2wln platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These ancillary documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

pk2wln reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any posted amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on pk2wln, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk2wln is strictly an adult platform. We do not permit persons under the age of 18 to register or participate in any betting or gaming activity.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. pk2wln makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular location.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or contractor of pk2wln or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

pk2wln reserves the right to request evidence of age or identity at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on pk2wln. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. You may not impersonate another person or use false identification information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pk2wln login credentials, including your password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pk2wln will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your pk2wln account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.

4. Deposits & Payments

All monetary transactions on the pk2wln platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller.

• The minimum deposit via JazzCash and Easypaisa is Rs 200.
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rs 1,000.
• Deposits are credited to your pk2wln balance upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly.
• pk2wln does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used must be registered in your own name.
• pk2wln reserves the right to reject any deposit or return funds to their source if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals & KYC

Before processing any withdrawal from your pk2wln account, you are required to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures. This involves providing a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other acceptable government-issued identification document.

Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed. pk2wln is not liable for any delay or loss arising from a player's failure to comply with KYC requirements.

• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• pk2wln reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal above a threshold amount determined at our discretion.
• Withdrawal processing times will vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval.
• Bonuses and promotional funds are subject to wagering requirements before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for detail.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk2wln offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published at the point of offer and form part of these Terms.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are published in the relevant bonus terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or systematic low-risk betting — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• pk2wln reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk2wln are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. These rules are accessible within each game or market on the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

pk2wln uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all RNG-based casino games sourced from internationally licensed third-party providers. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term statistical return and do not represent any guarantee of individual session outcomes.

In the event of any dispute arising from a game result or bet settlement, the data held in pk2wln's system logs shall be the definitive and authoritative record. pk2wln's decision on all disputed gaming and betting matters shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

pk2wln reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed as a result of an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or any other event that renders the bet manifestly incorrect.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Participating in any form of collusion, fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing
• Exploiting software bugs or errors rather than reporting them to pk2wln support
• Allowing third parties to access or operate your account
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the pk2wln platform

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk2wln platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data — is the property of pk2wln or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of pk2wln content is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk2wln, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, data, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events
• Any loss arising from the unauthorised access to your account through no fault of pk2wln
• Decisions made based on information published on the platform which subsequently proves to be inaccurate

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

pk2wln reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed
• The account holder is not eligible to use the platform

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the user, any verified balance (net of active bonuses) will be returned to the registered payment method on file after completion of any necessary compliance checks.

13. Amendments to Terms

pk2wln reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of pk2wln following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk2wln holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through pk2wln's internal complaints procedure by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to arbitration or the relevant regulatory body in accordance with applicable rules.

You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using pk2wln is lawful in your country or territory of residence. pk2wln makes no warranty or representation in this regard.
